TAKEN! OOC PLOTTING    

This is a plotting post to get to know your groups and plot with other players! The info post for March's kidnapping plot may be found HERE. Although threads while in captivity and during the rescues are limited to characters within their own groups, there will be opportunities to thread with other characters, as well!

As far as abductions go, extremists will approach characters in a number of ways: asking for their help, surprise ambushes, etc. For the most part, these attempts will not be out in the open, but it's flexible otherwise. Characters can come up with their own scenarios and plan outside of their groups for kidnapping threads! In the end, they will be knocked out and taken away, with more details to come later. Hostage characters will be tricked or forced to wear a magical object that completely nerfs their powers, and this object cannot be removed.

All characters, including those who did not sign up for a plot role, may still participate in other ways. They may, for example, be witnesses to and fail to prevent another's kidnapping, spread the word around town about the incidents, and provide medical and emotional support to both hostages and rescuers. Everyone will need a bit of cheering up!

We have provided headers for each group for your convenience, but these are not exclusive to only members of that group. You may also make your own toplevel if you prefer.

Revolver Ocelot | Hostage

Ocelot is going to be extremely unimpressed that someone managed to ambush him. They'd have likely tried to dupe him, and when that didn't work, just proceeded to straight up overwhelm him. DD would likely alert anyone he knows that he's captured... except surprise most of his friends were also taken. Oops.

When he's actually taken as a hostage, one might notice that he'll be very interested in the torture methods being used. Want to know which techniques they might specifically tailor to your character? Whether or not these guys are actually experienced in what they're doing? Ocelot's your man. Back home, he's watched and headed up his own share of "interrogations", and is also going to 100% not say anything, unless it's to critique the torturer's technique on him. Because he could actually do way better ok. This is just painful to watch.

He'll also be trying to escape subtly. Fellow hostages, join him in his revolt. I'm available over at roflskate or discord at Roflskate#0330.

One assassin to another whatever Ocelot is, I admit I don't go here, Sandra would be humored to hear his opinions on techniques for torturing a ghost. And his interest in the torture in general, out of morbid curiosity, if you'd be interested in a chat.

Unfortunately she can't assist in an escape besides being a distraction, but she would be willing if you need one!

it's close he's a spy. :') and hahahaha he will definitely have ideas... look he has latent spirit medium powers in canon and his dad hung around in the background a bit as a ghost because mgs is a series Like That.
