Valentine's Day Player Plot, Round 2

ayesValentine's Day is here again! Like she did last year, to boost morale, You Watanabe is going to be ~playing matchmaker~. She's opening boxes in both Wyver and Olympia for refugees to drop their names in, and will be renting a dinner place in Olympia on the evening of February 14!
As always, please help with the money. This sort of thing is very expensive.
While she of course intends for people to sign up of their own accord, it seems that there are two shady pranksters afoot, one in Olympia and one in Wyver (the former looks suspiciously like Koralle...) who are interfering. As with last year's event, they are dropping names in her sign-up boxes without people's permission, especially new arrivals who haven't met many people yet!
(In other words, if your character wouldn't ICly sign up or if you/your character are new, don't worry! You can still participate!)
