City Alignment Poll and Request for Mod Applicants
Greetings, El Nysa! There are three very important things that we would like to address, so please read this carefully.
Request for Mod Applicants
We would like to take a moment to thank you all for enjoying the game these past 7 months. We are delighted with the game’s success thus far, and we appreciate our players’ receptiveness.
However, our original vision for El Nysa's plot elements has become harder to implement with the scale of the game vs the size of our current mod team. We intended to put out information that gives our players a sense involvement in the world their characters are placed in, but we cannot properly give that attention on top regularly scheduled events (TDMs, intro logs) and maintenance duties. To this end, we are seeking the help of 3 additional mods on our team focused on writing elements we cannot realistically attend to. The responsibilities of plot mods include filling in gaps in our worldbuilding, brainstorming plot, NPCing, and drafting event logs.
The maintenance (AC/ACP, lists, etc.) of the game is very well taken care of, so we do not require help in those areas, but any mod is welcome to help with applications and small maintenance tasks if they’d like to.
We would like to stress that in order to keep the game structured the way that it is (with no hard game cap, regular bimonthly app cycles), it is imperative that we have more hands on deck. Unfortunately, lack of interest may mean that we will have to consider closing apps for an indeterminate amount of time after February’s app cycle, along with considering a hard game cap. We would like to express to players that this is not a consequence of your enthusiasm, but a result of the current team having extenuating circumstances outside of managing the game.

Speaking of plot direction, we need to have an idea of who is living where as the tension between Olympia and Wyver continues to worsen. Please fill out the poll below for each character journal you have in the game.
Character Employment
In the first few months of El Nysa, we handled PC employment at NPC businesses through PMs and spreadsheets. However, moving forward, PCs will need to sign up for specific businesses on the appropriate BUSINESS LOCATION. This includes employment such as The Olympia Royal Guard, Simwe Institute, Knightryders, The Gilded Cage, etc.
All characters must comment to the appropriate business to be considered employed there. This includes characters previously employed by PM. So if you haven’t commented, please do so now!
