How quickly are characters removed from the game if they don't respond to the AC? I'm pretty sure Maya's player made AC, but RL has been blowing up in his face this month and he must have missed the announcement that the AC was live.

In case of errors on our part, we typically leave journals in the communities for about half a day after a results post goes up. However, AC has been closed since 11:59pm last night.

So once AC closes, there's no way to speak up after the fact and submit late or take a strike?

I'm sorry if I'm being a bother, I just want to make sure I'm understanding the rules properly.

That is correct. In the interest of fairness to all players, all AC responses (submission and strikes) must be in before the AC period ends, and we do not accept late submissions. However, there is no penalty for idling, so anyone who failed to reply is welcome to reapply during the next app round!

Hi there. I noticed that I missed AC due to IRL and technical difficulties. At this point, I need to just reapply during the next app period, correct?

Yes, that's correct!

I just noticed that Maximus Boltagon has 5 Wyver REP points, but I submitted for 3 Olympia REP with the December mini-event. I think that those points were just accidentally to Wyver rather than Olympia, but no rush to get it sorted. Thanks (and happy new year!).
