WELL koltira's idea of justice generally equates to the death penalty, so left unattended he'll be fighting to kill. he can likely be convinced not to, if someone interrupts him and offers a reasonable argument otherwise, but left to his own devices--he doesn't really see why these people are needed alive. they're dangerous, they've already caused damage, and they gotta be brought down (so goes his ruthless, myopic thinking).
that, and ... he needs blood. so he's gonna take this opportunity to get some blood. would def love team-up for murder and/or people to deter him from doing so!!
