Just to be clear so that I don't make the same mistake next time, the way I'm looking at it, the comment poolhall_killer - 2017-08-10 09:23 pm (EST) is the last comment before it branches, and from there it splits into the two comment branch beginning with barreling - 2017-08-11 11:42 pm (local) and a nineteen comment branch beginning with xxxxx - 2017-08-12 01:20 am (local). When you're tallying up comments for AC, do you count the comments before the split + the longest (or shortest?) of the branches? Or are you looking at this like essentially three separate threads, so I'd need 10 comments either (i) altogether before the split, (ii) altogether in branch one after the split, or (iii) altogether in branch two after the split?

I realize I'm not making this any less confusing! and I'm sorry about that, I just really enjoy threadjacking in network posts and want to make sure I've got my head wrapped around how it works here so I don't accidentally hurt my AC chances or anybody else's by jumping around too much.
