Slaine was friends with Lance when he was here previously and Lance was always nice to his nervous self so I'd love for them to be tomodachis again! Slaine's also a mecha pilot in his canon and can pilot a space ship etc so they also have that sort of thing in common. He's also weird awkward friends (?) with Keith and was helping him build a radio to listen for Aliens awhile ago.
