abSOLUTELY you may and SHOULD have both of my boys. steve and nat as cross-universe friends would make my freakin' life. nat is one of steve's closest friends, and her going back into stasis before they even had a chance to really catch up and talk about the Weirdness of El Nysa is a regret i will live with for the rest of my days. but yeah, meeting another 'verse's nat will be a balm to that. especially when she knows his friend bucky? you know, not his bucky, but the other equally fantastic, other-verse bestie? yeah. him.
