PROBABLY...canon is sort of making me question whether he's a Cat Person or just unhealthily attached to his own very specific cat for Reasons. But....in the absence of his actual cat...yes. he'll attach to other cats. people who can turn into cats. people who...appreciate cats...

Now I kind of want him to meet x'rhun-as-cat and like, try to bond with him that way. (What does X'rhun look like as a cat!! Just curious.)
