Prior has AIDS - it's got a weird supernatural aspect to it which means he won't be able to either cure it with space magic or treat it with regular medicine, but he can treat the general symptoms, so he can always use a doctor. He's also got some unusual abilities and I might be interested in experimenty things, if your plans for that are still open.
