Justice is going to like working together with Steve again. Plus, his life is always easier when he's working with at least one person who has faith in him even if he's a weirdo.

He'll wander around grabbing things to read them, being super blunt when asking questions, and getting frustrated when he gets ambiguous 'this could be deception or maybe not' vibes from a bunch of the people they talk to. (I'm handwaving that as there being just too many people around.) He may need Steve's help to not freak everyone out with his abysmal social skills.
