You called for a knight? I know that Reinhardt is all about helping the people. He is rather upset about all that's been going on and he's all about seeing those involved being brought to justice. He's probably not the best for the chimeras since he is a knight at heart and his initial reaction to anything weird and monstrous is Rein Smash. But he can definitely help her in her goals with the citizens.
